How to cancel
Send an online cancellation request to theone@theclearpill.online with your name, order number and request. We will acknowledge the request using the contact details associated with the order.
Distance-sale cancellation
For ordinary goods, Israeli distance-sale law generally allows cancellation within 14 days after receiving the goods or the transaction document, whichever is later. Where statutory conditions apply, certain consumers—including a person with a disability, a person aged 65 or over or a new immigrant—may have an extended four-month period.
Change of mind
Where permitted by law, the cancellation charge will not exceed the lower of 5% of the transaction price or NIS 100. Return instructions will be provided. The customer bears direct return cost only where the law permits and the cancellation is not caused by seller breach.
Defect, mismatch or late delivery
No cancellation charge applies when cancellation results from a defect, material non-conformity, failure to deliver on time or another seller breach. Contact us with the order number and relevant photos or details so we can arrange the lawful remedy.
Refund
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within the period required by applicable law and payment-provider processing times. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail over conflicting wording.
