Products and orders
Product pages describe the main characteristics and price available at checkout. An order is accepted only when payment is successfully confirmed. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, a price is clearly erroneous or the transaction cannot be completed lawfully; any captured payment will be refunded.
Prices and payment
The checkout shows the transaction currency, product total and applicable delivery charge before payment. Payment is processed by an external hosted payment provider; PupCalm does not ask you to send card details by email.
Delivery
Orders are currently accepted for delivery in Israel only. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. The Shipping Policy forms part of these terms.
Cancellation and legal rights
The Returns and Cancellations Policy explains how to cancel. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights under applicable Israeli consumer law, including remedies for defective, misdescribed or late goods.
Safe use
Dog enrichment products require supervision. Select an appropriate product, follow instructions, inspect it regularly and remove it if damaged. Products are not veterinary treatment.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Israeli law, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint.
